DANCE-A-THON and BASKET RAFFLE
Brooke Elementary's annual DANCE-A-THON and BASKET
RAFFLE will be on Friday, October 24th, from 6:00 PM
to 8:30 PM. Come out and dance the night away and
purchase raffle tickets for the baskets ... maybe you will

RED RIBBON WEEK
RED RIBBON WEEK will be held from Thursday, October 23rd,
through Wednesday, October 29th. Each day we ask the
students to ...
October 23 ... Please wear red!
October 24 ... "I'm a jean-ius so I'm putting a cap on bullying!"
Please wear jeans and/or a baseball cap.
October 27 ... "Being bully free is no sweat!" Please wear a
sweatshirt and sweatpants.
October 28 ... "Mix-It Up Day!" Please wear mixed up clothes,
and the 1st through 4th grade students will eat
lunch at different tables.
October 29 ... "Twin Day". Pair up with a friend and dress alike.
Two friends can fill more buckets of kindness!
PROJECT OUTREACH is in need of many supplies. Please
consider donating a non-perishable item during RED RIBBON
WEEK. They especially need the following items: cereal,
stuffing mix, green beans, mixed veggies, chicken helper,
instant potatoes or rice, toilet tissue, and soap. All donations
HALLOWEEN PARADE and PARTIES
The HALLOWEEN PARADE at Brooke Elementary begins
at 2:15 PM on Friday, October 31st. Classroom parties are
set-up and run by 5 parent helpers for each classroom and
will begin shortly after the parade. Please click here for an

REPORTING YOUR CHILD'S ABSENCE
If your child will be absent from school, by 8:45 AM please
call Brooke Elementary's "ABSENTEE PHONE LINE". Dial

absent. This must be done each day that your child will not be

Spring-Ford has a team for the WALK NOW FOR AUTISM
SPEAKS at Citizen's Bank Park on Sunday, November 2nd.
